Blond Topping Hair Oil EPLEX

The EPLEX oil should be added directly to the Bleaching Powder. Prevents the bleaching formula from damaging the hair. Protects against brittleness and dehydration. The oil forms a polymer shell on the hair’s surface, protecting the  cuticle and cortex from chemical damage. The êplex elastomer molecule  has highly resilient properties and penetrates into the polymer shell,  filling the ruptured areas of keratin protofibrils, therefore protecting the hair.
