Activator 1.5% for Pastel Shading DeLuxe

Special Activator 1.5% is used with 8–10 shade levels De Luxe Hair Colors for pastel shading of bleached hair. When mixing with hair color, reduces ammonia content and promotes darkening to 0.5 tone. Creates a creamy consistency that is gentle on the hair and scalp and easy to use.
